JUSTICE AVNEESH JHINGAN Order 22/01/2025 1. This petition is filed seeking quashing of order dated 30.07.2009 passed by District Collector Ajmer. 2. The short grievance raised in the petition is that no notice was served on the petitioner by the Revisional Authority. The respondent in the reply filed has made no specific pleading that any notice was issued to the petitioner before passing of the impugned order dated 30.07.2009. 3. The order is passed in violation of principles of natural justice. Consequently, the order dated 30.07.2009 is set-aside and the matter is remitted back to Collector, Ajmer to decide the revision in accordance with law after providing an opportunity of hearing to the affected parties. 4.
