By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representations dated 05/12/2024 and 16/01/2025 (Annexure P/5 & P/6) pending before the respondent No.3/ Chief Conservator of Forest, Bilaspur Circle, submitted by the petitioner raising his grievance towards the suspension order dated 20/11/2024 (Annexure P/4). 2.
