Based only on the directions of this Court in the abovesaid criminal original petition, the respondent-Police had registered the case. Since the respondent-Police has not filed the final report so far, the petitioner is constrained to file this criminal original petition. 4. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and laid a charge sheet within a period of three months. 5.
