This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue an order or direction under Article 227, Constitution of India, 1950 commanding the Opposite party o.1-Ld. Court of Special Judge, P.C.Act-VII, Lucknow to expeditiously decide the proceedings pending before it in SCC Suit No.38 of 2019 titled as Himanshu Bhardwaj Vs. Mohammad Juber Warsi, filed by the petitioner promptly within such time frame as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court in the circumstances." 3. Considering the prayer made in the petition, this petition is disposed of finally with direction to the trial court to decide pending SCC Suit No.38 of 2019(supra), without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In case if any party seeks adjournment, a cost of Rs.5,000/- per adjournment, shall be imposed by the trial court concerned.
