Deka, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. K. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the proforma respondent No.2. 2. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants for allowing him to make necessary correction in the cause-title as well as in Paragraph Nos. 4, 6(A), 6(B), 6(C), 6(D), 6(E), 6(F) and 6(G) of the Civil Revision Petition (I/O) No. 205/2025. 3. Mr. Deka, learned counsel for the applicants submit that the aforesaid mistakes inadvertently crept up in the cause-tile of the civil revision petition and also in the paragraph Nos. 4, 6(A) to 6(G) and as such, the aforementioned typographical error are required to be corrected in the connected civil revision petition otherwise the applicant will suffer irreparable loss and injury. 4. Mr. Deka, learned counsel for the applicants shall file amended cause-title and also the petition within 2(two) working days from today. 5. Having heard the submission of Mr. Deka, learned counsel for the applicants, I have carefully gone through the application and also connected civil revision petition being CRP(IO) No. 205/2025. 6. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for the applicants and also considering the facts and circumstances on record, this Court is inclined to allow this I.A. 7. Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the proforma respondent No.2, submits that he have no objection in the event of allowing this I.A. Page No.# 3/3 8.
