Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Sub- Inspector of Police, Nagayalanka Police Station, Krishna District, wherein it is stated that pending the present petition, the Police, after due investigation have filed a charge sheet vide C.C.No.374 of 2023 dated 24.11.2023, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Avanigadda and the case was in pre-trial and is posted to 29.04.2025. 3. In view of the fact that on 24.11.2023, a charge sheet vide C.C.No.374 of 2023, has already been filed, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforementioned charge sheet, if at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the same.
