By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main reliefs :- "(I). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commandign the opposite parties to appoint the petitioner on the post of Shiksha Mitra at Primary School Shyampur, Block Kheeron, Tehsil Lalganj, District Raebareli on the basis of his training certificate." It appears that by efflux of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the matter to pursue the case as such this petition has rendered infructuous.
