The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.09.2010 and order dated 08.02.2013 contained as Annexure No.8 and 11 to this petition, whereby, directions were issued for carrying out D.N.A. to identify the parentage. 3. The petitioner, who is the father and had to cooperate with the D.N.A. test, has died on 14.08.2024 during the course of pendency of this petition, no substitution application is on record. 4. In view thereof, the petition has abated and also, two orders sought to be impugned cannot be implemented at this stage. 5. As such the writ petition is disposed of.
