PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., is filed by the petitioner herein seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest pursuant to the unnumbered crime. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. Perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though no complaint has been lodged against the petitioner and he has 2 been frequently called to the police station and the learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the police insisting the petitioner to attend the police station. 4. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that no crime was registered against the petitioner herein so far, and the petitioner herein has not been arrayed as accused. 5. In view of the submissions made by both sides, and since no crime has been registered against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the police concerned are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station unless a crime is registered against them. 6.
