A request for adjournment has been made on behalf of Shri Purusottam Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that he is unwell. 2. Considering the fact that there are two more counsel(s), the said request is rejected. 3. Present petition has been filed challenging the order of release whereby the premises was released in favour of the landlord as well as the appellate order. 4. A perusal of the release order reveals that the same was allowed on the basis of need set up by the then landlord. Although, the landlord has died during the pendency of the appeal, however, the benefit of the order of prescribed authority would enure to the benefits of the heirs. 5. No good ground for interference is made out. Present petition is accordingly dismissed.
