The present petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming that the petitioner was granted approval by respondent No.2 and thereafter, the petitioner had applied for grant of affiliation with respondent No.3. Subsequently, once again a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner pointing out the certain deficiencies. The petitioner once again approached this Court by filing Writ-C No.2816 of 2025, which was subsequent withdrawn. It is stated that thereafter second inspection has also been carried out. However no orders are being passed on the request of the petitioner for grant of affiliation by respondent No.3.
