The petition is pending since 2014 and over 11 years have gone by. None is present on behalf of the petitioners either to pursue the petition. It appears, in the given circumstances, the matter is rendered infructuous with the efflux of time and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as such. And, just in case any dispute/cause of action/interest still survives, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move an appropriate application for revival of the proceedings and necessary orders.
