This Court by order dated 03.07.2020, directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property, without following due process of law. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the respondents have not initiated any action against the petitioner. 4. The said submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue is placed on record. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from house bearing D.No.3-85 and cattle shed situated at Ilavaram Village, Battiprolu Mandal, Guntur District, except in accordance with law.
