Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:23537 Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 1054 of 2014 Petitioner :- Mohd. Naeem Khan Respondent :- District Basic Edu. Officer Lakhimpur And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Mohiuddin Khan Counsel for Respondent :- Sandeep Kumar Yadav,Net Ram Hon'ble Rajesh Singh Chauhan,J. 1. Heard Sri Mohiuddin Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Netram, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 1 and 2. 2. In compliance of the order dated 9.4.2025 Sri Praveen Kumar Tiwari, Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Lakhimpur Kheri, is present along with records. Though the original records have been produced and perused by the Court the authority who is present in the Court has stated that the petitioner has not been appointed on the post of Assistant Urdu Teacher as no such appointment letter has been found in the office of the authority. Notably, that appointment letter is not available in the original records. 3. Sri Netram, learned counsel for the opposite party has shown the copy of certain appointment letters on the post of Assistant Urdu Teacher in the same district showing that in such appointment letter the letter number and dispatch number is categorically indicated but the appointment letter enclosed by the petitioner in the writ petition does not find such letter number / dispatch number. 4. Having considered the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the B.S.A., prima-facie, it appears that the impugned order dated 20.2.2013 does not require any interference. 5. Since the petitioner could not annex the proper appointment letter, therefore, the relief prayed in the writ petition whereby writ of certiorari has been prayed quashing the order dated 20.2.2013 (Annexure no. 13) is misconceived. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 7. No order as to costs. .
