The first bail application has been moved on behalf of the Applicant. The Applicant- Mukesh is in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime No.129 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Section 8, 20, 60 of N.D.P.S. Act, registered at Police Station Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun. 4. Heard Mr. Gaurav Nagpal, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Vipul Painuly, learned AGA for the State of Uttarakhand. 5. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case; there is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. He submits that the co- accused Lokesh has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.10.2025 in the similar offence, thus on the ground of parity applicant is also entitled to be enlarged on bail. 6. Learned State counsel has strongly opposed the bail application. 7. Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties without expressing any opinion about the final merits of the case, the application deserves bail. 8. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Mukesh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond with two sureties in the amount of Rs.30,000/- and personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court concerned. 9.
