Whether the petitioner is competent to issue khata or not is not the ground to be considered at this stage and it is for the Investigating Officer during the course of investigation to collect evidence and submit the final report. 3. The petition stands disposed of directing the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation within two months from today. 4.
