The Court stands informed that though DCRG has been paid to the petitioner, but Leave Encashment and interest in terms of the judgment passed by this Court, is yet to be paid. 3. Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that needful will be done within a period of two months from today and the due amount of DCRG and interest in terms of the judgment passed by this Court shall be paid to the petitioner. His statement is taken on record and these proceedings are closed but with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court for revival of this petition, by way of appropriate application, in case, needful is not done within two months from today.
