On 21.06.2024, at request of learned counsel for the appellant, for filing proof of service, the matter has been posted to 28.06.2024. On 28.07.2024, request has been made informing that aforesaid personal notice, as directed earlier, was not taken out on respondents and therefore sought permission for taking out fresh notice once again. 2. On 29.08.2024, there was no representation for appellant. Even today there is no representation for appellant. It appears that appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal, as despite being granted multiple opportunities, even notice has not been taken out on respondents. 3. In view of the same, I.A.No.1 of 2024 seeking to condone the delay of 671 days in filing the appeal and also the Civil 4 Miscellaneous Appeal are dismissed for non-prosecution.
