This application is filed for permitting the applicants to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent in this court pursuant to the order passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.14016 of 2015. It is submitted that an earlier also this court has already passed orders allowing such similarly situated persons to withdraw the amount pursuant to the orders passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the said appeal. The present applicants are the legal heirs of the original occupant of the shop. 3. Considering above, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 4.
