Admittedly, against the order of removal dated 09.01.2025, an appeal lies before respondent no.1. 3. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit an appeal before respondent no.1 against the impugned removal order within a period of two weeks from today. 4. In case such an appeal is filed along with certified copy of this order within the aforesaid time then the appellate authority shall proceed to consider and decide the said appeal on merit in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of receipt of the said appeal. 5.
