In view of paragraph 34 of the impugned judgment and having regard to the fact that the applicant is happily married to the victim and they have a child of seven months and the applicant was granted bail before conviction and also having regard to the report filed by the Jail Serial No.09 Supplementary List 2025:MLHC:1241-DB Superintendent certifying that the applicant has maintained respectful, discipline and cooperative attitude towards prison authorities and fellow inmates, we are inclined to suspend the sentence on the condition that the applicant would release on personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, POCSO, South West Garo Hills District, Ampati and shall undertake to appear before this Court as and when required and he shall not leave the jurisdiction of this Court without the expressed leave of the Court. The applicant must also report to the Officer-in-Charge of the Police Station once a month and shall take good care of the victim and the child. 3. The application for suspension of sentence is allowed and stands disposed of. (H.S.
