It has been stated that the appellant- Satya Narayan Singh has died on 18.01.2025 and a copy of the death certificate issued by the Registrar (Birth & Death), District Hospital (Male), Sultanpur, has been filed as annexure to the said affidavit. We have gone through the death certificate issued by the Registrar (Birth & Death), District Hospital (Male), Sultanpur. It appears that the sole appellant Satya Narayan Singh, aged about 76 years, has died in Hospital. The State has not raised any objection to such death certificate. Since the sole appellant namely, Satya Narayan Singh, has died, the Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as abated. C.M.
