Having regard to the relief claimed, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met, if petitioner is permitted to make representation to the competent authority. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation to the Regional Additional Director concerned. If she makes such representation, within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken within four months thereafter.
