Heard the counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA. 2. The bail cancellation application has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the accused-opposite party no.2 vide order dated 03.07.2024 in Case Crime No.132 of 2024 under sections 376, 323, 504, 506, 354 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Rae Bareli. 3. The contention of the counsel for the applicant is that the opposite party is threatening. 4. Considering the fact that there is no sufficient material to set aside the bail granted to the accused is made out, the application for cancellation of bail is rejected. 5. However, in case the applicant feels threat, she would be at liberty to approach the authorities for grant of protection, which shall be considered by the authority concerned in accordance with law.
