Singh, Deputy Advocate General. ____________________________________________________ Bipin Chander Negi, Judge (oral) By virtue of the present petition, an execution of judgment passed in CWP No. 9288 of 2024 dated 4.9.2024 is being sought to be made. The judgment sought to be executed is appended alongwith the present petition as Annexure P-1. 2. From a perusal of the judgment sought to be executed, it is evident that the present petitioner had made a representation based on a judgment passed by this Court in CWPOA No. 5536 of 2020 titled as Sanjay Kumar vs. State of H.P. and others. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record order dated 2.9.2025 passed by the Apex Court wherefrom it is evident that insofar the judgment passed in Sanjay Kumar’s 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 case (Supra) is concerned, the same is pending consideration before the Apex Court. In due deference to the proceedings pending before the Apex Court, no further order is sought to be made by this Court. However, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record an office order dated 24th June, 2025, whereby benefits of Sanjay Kumar’s judgment has been permitted to be given to the petitioner subject to the decision to be passed by the Apex Court in the pending SLP in Sanjay Kumar’s case.
