The proceeding being G.R.Case No. 4037 of 2021 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas be quashed qua the petitioner. The petitioner be set at liberty at once and discharged from his bail bonds. It is made clear that the proceedings shall continue against the other accused.
