In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged non- compliance of the order dated 28.03. 2022, whereby, the respondents came to be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for payment of wages due to the petitioner in terms of Minimum Wages Act 1948. 2. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents accompanied with the consideration order dated 06.12.2025, wherein it is being inter alia stated that in furtherance of the order passed by this Court, claim of the petitioner was considered and found devoid of merit and is accordingly, rejected. Having regard to the aforesaid stands taken by the respondents, inasmuch as order of consideration dated 06.12.2025, seemingly, the respondents have complied with the order dated 28.03.2022. 4. Accordingly, notice issued in the instant contempt petition is recalled and proceedings are closed, however, petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy, if so advised.
