Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that representation filed by the petitioner has been decided by the Dy. Director and pursuant to request made by the petitioner, he has been adjusted at GCPS Bhalona, District Sirmaur vice Mr. Puran Chand CHT. Copy of aforesaid order has also been annexed with the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record. 2 2. While fairly acknowledging factum with regard to adjustment of the petitioner at the afore station, learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of subsequent development, present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
