The Court made the following order:
1. The petitioner claims that she is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.98 cents in Sy.No.263/2C of Bodumalluvaripalli Village, Piler Mandal, Annamayya District, through a registered gift deed dated 20.10.2021 vide document No.3960/2021. It is further case of the petitioner that since the date of the said gift deed, she is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property without there being any interruption what so ever.
2. She further contends that as the 4th respondent tried to interfere with her possession without issuing any notice or following the due process of law, she filed the present writ petition questioning the said action.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed instructions dated 11.04.2025 furnished by the 4th respondent.
4. On perusal of the said instructions, it is clearly stated that the subject property is a private land belonging to the petitioner and the 4th respondent is not interfering with the possession of the petitioner.
5. The said instructions dated 11.04.2025 are placed on record.
6. In view of the categorical statement made by the 4th respondent in the instructions dated 11.04.2025, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner except in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
