Pleader (for RR1 and 2) Mr.V.Sethu (for R3) O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned order of the first respondent by his proceeding in Na.Ka.No. G and M2/68/2020 dated 18.7.2020 in violation of the interim order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.9104 of 2019 dated 15.4.2019 and in WP(MD) No. 20903 of 2016 dated 28.8.2019. Through the impugned order, the District Collector has granted permission to the third respondent to transfer the sand from the mining area to the Thermal Power Station. 2. On account of the efflux of time, the cause has lost its relevance. The permission was granted by the District Collector to transfer the sand from the mining area to the Thermal Power Station. Since five years have lapsed, no further adjudication is to be entertained. If any other grievance exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the authority. 4. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
