The petitioner has already submitted his objections to the notice dated 19.04.2025 which is impugned herein, we, therefore, see no reason to proceed any further and consider quashing the said notice rather it would be better if the opposite party No.2 takes a decision in the matter keeping in mind the objections of the petitioner in the impugned notice before proceeding any further unless a decision has already been taken in which case, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. 4.
