This writ petition has been filed for a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to take the final decision upon the application of the petitioner regarding further investigation of Case Crime No.0428 of 2024, at Police Station Atrauli, District Hardoi contained as annexure no.5 to this writ petition in the interest of justice. 3. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions states that final report has been prepared on 18.05.2025 and submitted before the court concerned. 4. Since no cognizable offence could be found against the petitioner, the writ petition has become infructuous. It is dismissed as such.
