GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the 6th respondent are brothers and they have a dispute over the Hero Honda showroom, which is located at Koilakuntla. It is submitted that the 4th respondent at the behest of 6th respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to settle the dispute with the 6th respondent. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police would not generally interfere with the said disputes. 4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, making it clear that the respondents 4 and 5 shall not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent, including the dispute relating to the showroom, without following due process of law.
