No.199 of 2023, it is directed disposal of O.A. No.226 of 2018, in the order dated 24th February, 2025, by which the writ petition was disposed of. 5. Perused the order dated 24th February, 2025. 6. On perusal, it appears that the writ petition was filed for early disposal of SA No.199 of 2023 filed by the Petitioner under Section 17(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction Digitally Signed Signed by: MADHUSMITA SAHOO Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa, Cuttack Date: 14-Jul-2025 16:43:29 Signature Not Verified of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. In the concluding paragraph of the order dated 24th February, 2025, this Court directed the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack to dispose of SA No.199 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of copy of the said order, giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, if the same is still pending and there is no legal impediment. 7.
