1. Heard Ms. P. Boruah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Ananda Murarka @ Anand Murarka in connection with Bail Application No. 1899/2025 in which he was granted interim bail till today to complete the funeral rites of his deceased mother.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as the petitioner has performed the funeral rites of his mother there are certain other religious ceremony which is to be performed by the petitioner. Hence, she prays that the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 06.06.2025 may be extended till 20th of this month and he may allowed to surrender on that day.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor raises no objection.
5. I have also considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
6. As the petitioner was allowed to perform funeral rites of his deceased mother and certain other rituals are yet to be performed, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 06.06.2025 passed in Bail Application No. 1899/2025 is hereby extended till 23rd of this month i.e., 23rd of June, 2025. He shall surrender before the Court of learned SDJM, Gohpur on 23rd of June, 2025.
7. Let the connected Bail Application No. 1899/2025 be re-fixed on 24th of June, 2025 instead of 21.06.2025.
8. This interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of.
9. Let a copy of this order be also kept in the Bail Application No. 1899/2025.
