The present writ petition filed by the petitioner, who is working as Work Charge Contingency Paid Employee in Pre-metric SC/ST Boys Hostel Baloda Tehsil Baloda preferred the present writ petition questioning the order (Annexure P/3) by which the representation for regular pay scale has been rejected by the respondent no. 3 on 12.08.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring pendency of the writ petition i.e. WPS No. 5315/2023 and stating that the scrutiny of 180 employees for grant of regular pay scale is being done. Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring (Annexure P/5) submits that the writ petition i.e. WPS No. 5315/2023 along with other writ petitions has been decided on 19.11.2024 and subsequently in the review petition no. 13/2025, the said writ petitions are disposed on 29.01.2025, hence presently the claim of the petitioners of regular pay scale can be considered by the respondent authority, hence the petitioner be permitted to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 and the 3 respondent be directed to consider the same in accordance with law and the direction of this court in WPS No. 6081/2023 and review petition no. 13/2025. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent/State would submit that after the order of this court, the petitioner has not submitted any representation to the respondent no. 3 and if the petitioner will submit a fresh representation claiming regular pay scale, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 3. I have heard both the parties and perused the impugned order dated 12.08.2024, by which the representation of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground of pendency of the writ petition i.e. WPS No. 5315/2025. 4. Presently, the writ petition has been disposed of vide order dated 19.11.2024 and the review of the same dated 29.01.2025, hence the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the respondent authority within a period 20 days from today and in case of filing of such representation, the case of the petitioner be considered in accordance with law within a period of 90 days. 5.
