This application has been moved by the petitioner with the prayer to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn. 3. The aforesaid withdrawal application was also supported by an affidavit. It is stated in paragraph 4 to the affidavit that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed in light of the directions and observations issued by the State Govt. vide order dated 20.10.2023, therefore, the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted, hence the present petition has become infructuous, thus, the petitioner is seeking leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above petition. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by Sri M.C. Chaturvedi, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Swapnil Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of UPSIDC. 5. The withdrawal application no. 15 of 2024 is allowed. Order on Petition:- 6. Since the withdrawal application has been allowed, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
