The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C/528 B.N.S.S has been preferred with the following main prayer:- " Wherefore it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may very kindly be pleased to quash the charge sheet dated- 19.02.2015 submitted by investigation officer against the present applicant, summoning order dated-29.11.2016 and N.B.W. order dated- 09.01.2025 passed by the trial court contained as Annexure No. 1, 2 and 3 respectively with this petition." 2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present application as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to move an appropriate application before the concerned court. 3. As such, the present application is dismissed as not pressed. 4. It is always open to the applicant to avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law.
