Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 72 of 2025 arising out of Burmamines P.S. Case No. 59/2024 (G.R. No.64 of 2025), for the offences registered under Sections 310(4) /310(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamshedpur. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.2173 of 2025 by order dated 19.03.2025 at that stage. On 05.11.2024 at about 10:30 P.M., Burmamines police apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons from a vacant quarter at Burmamines road. On search, firearms were recovered from the possession of the partitioner and co-accused persons. It is alleged that the accused persons had assembled there and were making preparation of committing dacoity. It was submitted that 3-4 accused persons have been granted by this Court as well as Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. It appears that petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2024. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamshedpur, in connection with S.T. Case No. 72 of 2025 arising out of Burmamines P.S. Case No. 59/2024 (G.R. No.64 of 2025).
