1. GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action on the part of the respondent No.5 in repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station at behest of the some third parties. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed a suit against one Chagamreddy Chinna Veera Reddy and two others and that the learned Civil Judge (Junior

Division), Mydukur had issued an urgent notice. It is submitted that the 5th respondent is calling the petitioner to settle the dispute with the defendants therein.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 2nd defendant in the suit has filed a complaint against the petitioner on 22.03.2025 and the police have conducted preliminary enquiry under Section 173(3) of BNSS and have found that the matter is civil in nature. It is submitted that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes and have only called the petitioner for preliminary enquiry on the complaint of the 2nd defendant in the suit.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed, making it clear that the 5th respondent shall not interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and third parties. No costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
