1. GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent in completing the investigation of a crime registered in the year 2023, for offences under Section 420 of IPC.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the Investigating Officer has recorded statements of five witnesses and the police have almost completed investigation and shall file charge sheet shortly.
4. Recording the submissions, the respondent No.4 is directed to expedite the investigation and file final report/charge sheet, soon after completion of investigation.
5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
