(3) Learned State Counsel submits that writ petition is pre-mature and whatever petitioner has to say can be said before the competent authority, who issued the notice. (4) This Court finds substance in the aforesaid submission. Since no legal injury has been caused to the petitioner and she has the opportunity to have her say before the competent authority, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to give reply to the show cause notice.
