Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court no.15, District Sultanpur, to decide original suit no.1099 of 2022, "Abdul Rahman Khan and another Vs. Avtari Devi and others preferred by petitioners expeditiously, say within time framed period as directed by this Hon'ble court, in the interest of justice." 2. It is informed that even written statement has not been filed. 3. In view of the said statement, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application if so advised under Order 8 Rule 10 of CPC. 4.
