The petitioner alleges encroachment on his Bhumidhari land by the Gram Pradhan. 3. Let the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Lambhuwa, District Sultanpur conduct an enquiry into the matter, which shall also include an on the spot inspection, and ascertain as to whether the Bhumidhari land of the petitioner has been encroached upon in any manner for construction of the Chak Marg or for any other purpose by the Gaon Sabha or the Gram Pradhan, as the case may be. If so, then he shall ensure remedial measures. However, if he finds that it is not so, then he shall inform the petitioner in writing. Both the parties shall be heard in the matter. Let the said exercise be completed within two months. However, it is made clear that if there is any legal impediment in conducting the aforesaid exercise, the same shall be communicated to both the parties. 4.
