The instant application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the applicant has sought quashing of the entire proceedings of Case No.5648 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 1001 of 2009, under Sections 504 I.P.C, Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow pending in the court of Ld. Special Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow on the basis of compromise between the parties. 3. The quashing of the proceedings has been sought on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise on 03.05.2025, a copy whereof has been annexed with the affidavit. 4. On 16.05.2025, this Court had directed the trial court to verify the compromise. The compromise has been verified by means of an order dated 29.05.2025 passed by the Ld. Special Judicial Magistrate-III, Lucknow. It is stated in the compromise that the parties are related to each other and the opposite party no.2 does not want any further proceedings against the applicant. 5. The learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 has supported the prayer made by the applicant and has given his consent for proceedings being quashed on the basis of compromise. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the entire proceedings of Case No.5648 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 1001 of 2009, under Sections 504 I.P.C, Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow pending in the court of Ld.
