As per gang chart, applicant is shown involved in one case bearing case crime No. 30 of 2024 under Sections 8/20/29 NDPS Act in which applicant had been granted interim protection in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 1572 of 2025. As per instructions received by learned A.G.A., charge sheet has been filed in the matter on 28th February, 2025. In view thereof, applicant is granted liberty file a fresh application for bail once he is granted bail in the aforesaid case as indicated in the gang chart. The application stands disposed of.
