Also heard Mr. R. K. D. Choudhury, learned Deputy SGI. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Page No.# 3/3 petitioner had approached this Court against the order dated 31.01.2025 delivered in the open court by the General Security Force Court and whereby the petitioner was convicted under Section 12 of POCSO Act and sentenced with simple imprisonment for 5 years along with dismissal from service was awarded to him. However, the petitioner was not communicated with the confirmation of the said award and that time he was kept in the lock up of BSF Headquarter 150 Bn., Alamgarh, Dhubri. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that now the petitioner has been sent to District Jail, Dhubri and the relief which he was seeking in this writ petition has already been fulfilled and therefore he has submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
