A criminal case is pending trial against the petitioner before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow bearing Case No.14063/2025 arising out of Case Crime No.0410 of 2023 under Section 420, 465 I.P.C. at Police Station-Vibhuti Khand, District-Lucknow. The said proceedings have been challenged by the petitioner by means of an Application U/S 482 No.3639 of 2025 wherein vide order dated 01.05.2025, this Court stayed the aforesaid proceedings before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner will have to seek permission to go abroad from the Court where the proceedings under Section 482 are pending in light of judgment of this Court dated 21.06.2022 passed in Smt.
