1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arraigned as A.2 to A.4 in C.C. No.358 of 2025 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, for the alleged offence under Sections 115(2) and 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
3. It is submitted that the marriage of A.1 and the 2nd respondent was solemnized on 08.08.2024, without the knowledge or consent of the petitioners and they fell apart in February 2025. As the said marriage is the love marriage, they never stayed in the marital home of A.1 and the 2nd respondent. Though the petitioners never interfered in the marital disputes, the petitioners were arraigned as accused for committing the alleged offence.

4. Considering the same, there shall be stay of appearance of the petitioners in C.C. No.358 of 2025 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nellore, SPSR Nellore, except on dates when the petitioners’ presence is required, as directed by the learned Magistrate, for the purpose of the trial.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioners permitted to serve personal notice on the 2nd respondent by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service.
