This is the second application seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 208 of 2024, under Sections 64(2)(f) B.N.S., registered at Police Station Malihabad, District Lucknow. 3. The applicant ha already been granted bail in the present case in other section by means of an order order dated 24.03.2025, passed by this court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.2384 of 2025. The present application has been filed after Section 64(2)(f) B.N.S. was added during investigation. 4. When the court has already granted bail to the applicant after considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and merely a section has been added during investigation on the same set of facts and circumstances, which have already been taken into consideration by this court while passing the order dated 24.03.2025, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.2384 of 2025, the court is of the view that the applicant is entitled to be granted bail in the added section also. 5. Accordingly, this bail application stands allowed. 6. Let the applicant-Alok be released on bail in the added section in aforesaid case on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of magistrate/court concerned, subject to following conditions:- (i) the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence; (ii) the applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses; (iii) the applicant shall appear on each and every date fixed by the trial court, unless his appearance is exempted by the learned trial court.
